Refund policy

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which exempts custom-made goods from the standard 14-day withdrawal right. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
